We guarantee up to 99.4% transcription accuracy. If you notice any major issue, we offer 1 free revision within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are only issued if the transcript is not delivered or quality falls below our guaranteed standard.
Terms of Service
By using our service, you agree to the following:
Audio Quality: You will submit audio that is reasonably clear and understandable. Poor quality may affect turnaround time or accuracy.
Turnaround Time: Standard delivery time is 12–24 hours, depending on file length and clarity.
Usage Restrictions: You will not upload content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal.
Right to Refuse: We may decline any project that violates ethical or legal standards.
Payment Terms: We require 50% payment upfront at the time of order. The remaining 50% is due after transcript completion but before final delivery.
